The historic Amphitheater will again be transformed into a fight arena when the Roman gladiators swing their fists. Now
for the 9th time, the festival "Bread and Circuses" will present hands-on history when the Amphitheater’s past comes to
life with its gladiator games. On the sports grounds of the Imperial Baths, the legionaries will set up their tents and conduct
mock battles in their splendid armament. Craftsmen will offer their wares and musicians will provide for fun and entertainment.
Specialties from Roman cuisine will offer truly fascinating tastes.
